Spruce- Hemlock– Tsuga canadensis
Steam distilled from the needles and twigs. Spruce is thought to be anti-microbial and antiseptic. Diffuse into the air to disinfect, refresh and cleanse. Use with water, to clean the home. Dilute and rub onto the body to reduce muscle pain. Dilute up to 10% essential oil with a carrier oil and rub into adrenal glands in the morning- Dr. Penoel says this may help regenerate them. Do not take internally, or use with babies, children or pets, (toxic). Do not use if pregnant.
