Spruce Black Organic– Picea mariana
Steam distilled from the branches. May help fight colds and flu. Used for anxiety, stress, and exhaustion. Spruce is thought to be anti-microbial and antiseptic. It is used for muscle pain and to aid breathing. It is disinfecting. Dilute to 10 % and rub into adrenal glands in the morning- Dr. Penoel says this may help regenerate them. Do not take internally, (toxic) or use with babies, children or pets. Do not use if pregnant.
